In the period 01-07.02.2019, a transnational training course was organized in Plovdiv for the activation of youth NGOs.
The event is organized under the project „Youth Networks – Brıghter Partners for Brıghter Future“,
co-funded under the Erasmus + program, at the invitation „Capacity Building in the Youth Area – Window of the Western Balkans“.
The training course was aimed at improving the capacity of civil society organizations to manage human resources and financial management – their skills to attract and motivate staff, fund-raising and pooling, budgeting and financial management of local and international projects.
Representatives of non-governmental organizations from Serbia – Balkan Development Center (BDC), Citizens’ Initiative for the Future (CIF), Municipality of Kurshumliya took part in the training; from Bulgaria – National Association of Disabled People (NAHPU) and Elin Pelin Municipality; From Bosnia and Herzegovina – Visegrad Municipality; from Hungary – NGO INNOVAFORM.
